LAPPACK is more than a run club. It's a community of Asian founders, creators, and builders who believe the track is where ideas accelerate. Every Friday we meet, we move, we connect — then recover together at Kove Studio.

Founded by a Brooklyn-based triathlete, personal trainer, and content creator competing at the Ironman 70.3 level — this is a club coached, not just organized.

Show up at 6:15. Be on the track by 6:45. Recover at Kove by 8. That's the formula.
